Finding cells with conditional formatting in ExcelIt can be difficult to know how to find which cells have conditional formatting, especially in version 2003. The instructions to do so are below. If you wish to find cells that have the same conditional formatting settings as a particular cell, then click that cell. Click Edit Click Go to Click Special Click Conditonal formats If you are searching for cells with any conditional formatting, click All below Data validation. If you are searching for cells with conditional formatting identical to the selected cell, click Same below Data validation. Verison 2007 / 2010To find all cells which have conditional formatting: Click any cell which doesn't have conditional formating On the Home tab, click the drop-down arrow next to Find & Select, then click Conditional Formatting. To find cells with the same conditional format as a cell: Click the cell which has the conditional format you wish to find. On the Home tab, click the drop-down arrow next to Find & Select, then click Go To Special. Click Conditional formats then click Same under Data validation.
